4. Delivery and Fulfillment

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver gifts within the timeframes specified. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for gifts pass to the recipient upon delivery. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information for all gift recipients.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipment. Contact our support team to request a cancellation.

5.2 Refunds

Refunds will be issued at our discretion for:

• Damaged or defective products
• Incorrect items delivered
• Non-delivery where delivery confirmation is not available

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Custom or personalized items are generally non-refundable unless defective.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cheerio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cheerio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
